• "Services" refers to our Hajj and Umrah packages, visa processing, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• "Website" refers to our website at www.alhateemtravels.com and all its subdomains.
• "Booking" refers to a reservation for any of our services.

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Al-Hateem Haj Umrah Tours & Travels.

2.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a written confirmation from us.

2.3 You must provide accurate and complete information for all travelers included in your booking, including full names as they appear on passports, passport details, and contact information.

2.4 Any special requirements or requests must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.

2.5 You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents as required.

3.1 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to secure your reservation.

3.2 Full payment must be made at least 60 days before the departure date for Hajj packages and 10 days before the departure date for Umrah packages.

3.3 For bookings made within 30 days of departure for Hajj or 10 days for Umrah, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.4 We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods. All payment details will be provided upon booking.

3.5 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

3.6 We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, government actions, or increases in transportation costs or taxes.

Our Responsibilities:

5.1 We are responsible for providing the services as specified in the booking confirmation, including accommodations, transportation, and other services as described.

5.2 We will provide assistance with visa processing, but the issuance of visas is subject to the discretion of the Saudi Arabian authorities.

5.3 We will provide guidance for religious rituals through qualified guides (Muallim), but the spiritual experience is personal and may vary for each pilgrim.

Your Responsibilities:

5.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up to date.

5.5 You must adhere to the laws and customs of Saudi Arabia while performing Hajj or Umrah.

5.6 You must follow the instructions provided by our guides and representatives for a safe and orderly pilgrimage.

5.7 You are responsible for any personal belongings during the journey. We recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover any losses.

6.1 We will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim of any kind if it results from:

• Acts or omissions of the customer or any member of their party
• Acts or omissions of a third party not connected with the provision of the services
• Circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events

6.2 Our liability for claims not involving personal injury, illness, or death is limited to the cost of the affected services.

6.3 We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political situations, technical problems, or decisions by government (Saudi/India) authorities.

7.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2 The personal information we collect may include but is not limited to names, contact details, passport information, and payment information.

7.3 We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Processing bookings and providing our services
• Communicating with you about your booking
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
• With your consent, sending you promotional information about our services

7.4 We may share your personal information with third parties, such as hotels, airlines, and visa authorities, as necessary to provide our services.

7.5 We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

7.6 You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations.

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
