Understanding our terms for cancellations and refunds for Hajj and Umrah packages
At Al-Hateem Haj Umrah Tours & Travels, we understand that circumstances can change, requiring you to modify or cancel your travel plans. We have established a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to address such situations.
Please read our policy carefully before making a booking. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Important Note
Once a visa has been issued, its fees are non-refundable under any circumstances as per Saudi regulations.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Before Confirmation
If you cancel your booking before the confirmation of Visa, Air Tickets, and hotel bookings:
- Cancellation Charge: 5% of the total package amount
- Refund Amount: The remaining 95% will be refunded to the customer
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days
After Confirmation
If you cancel your booking after the confirmation of any of the following: Visa / Air Tickets / hotel bookings:
- Airline Cancellation: Subject to the airline's cancellation policy
- Hotel Cancellation: Subject to the hotel's cancellation policy
- Visa Fees: Non-refundable once the visa is issued
- Refund Amount: The remaining amount after deducting all applicable cancellation charges
Additional Terms & Conditions
Refund Processing Time
- All refunds are processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval
- The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment used for booking
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
Cancellation Request Process
- Submit a formal request: All cancellation requests must be submitted viacustomer dashboardor in writing via email toalhateem.hajumrah786@gmail.com
- Confirmation: Our team will acknowledge your cancellation request within 48 hours.
- Assessment: We will assess the stage of your booking and calculate applicable charges.
- Notification: You will receive a detailed breakdown of refundable and non-refundable amounts.
- Processing: Upon your confirmation, we will process the refund as per the terms.
Non-Refundable Items
- Visa Fees: Once a visa is issued by the Saudi authorities, the visa fees are completely non-refundable.
- Processing Fees: Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Service Fees: Any service fees charged for booking assistance are non-refundable.
